Will OptiMums Maternity Coaching help a father who has been on paternity leave / parental leave?
Yes, Being away from work for a long period of time creates a disconnect. OptiMums Maternity Coaching is effective because it helps minimise that sense of gap between employer and employee. Each module builds into a pack that helps employees successfully prepare to leave work and later feel confident as they get ready to reintegrate. The principles used apply equally well for a father as a mother. Fathers (in the UK) are equally able to request flexible working after childbirth and may require help to understand how to do this effectively.
Will OptiMums Maternity Coaching help someone who has been away from work on adoption leave?

No. OptiMums Maternity Coaching is purely practical.
How do I buy OptiMums Online Maternity Coaching Modules as a private client ?

Once you have set up a members login you will have instant access to the 3 coaching modules including downloadable tools and documents plus access to view coaching videos to guide you through. You can then start creating your own personal OptiMums Maternity Coaching pack.
Can I buy OptiMums Maternity Coaching Modules via my employer?
This depends upon your employer. Please discuss with your Human Resources Department in the first instance. There are two options for payment via your company:
1) Payment can be made by you direct and then reimbursed (with advance authorization) via your company expenses. Please speak to your Human Resources Department in the first instance to be certain your costs will be reimbursed and how to process your expense claim before booking & payment with OptiMums.
2)Alternatively OptiMums can be set up as a Supplier of Services to your company with invoicing and payment conducted directly with your Finance Department. Again, this will require advance discussion with your Human Resources Department as a first step. Note that setting up a new supplier can take time within an organization and payment to OptiMums must be in advance of your coaching sessions.
Is it possible to buy OptiMums Online Maternity Coaching as a corporate package to provide consistent support for mums across a big business?
Yes, corporate packages are available for multiple users. Please use the Contact Form and select Corporate Enquiry for more details.
Please note that OptiMums Online Maternity Coaching modules are primarily built to support mums taking up to 12 months maternity leave and part of the content is based upon UK flexible working legislation. Some tools and documents are UK specific. However, the content is also highly practical and will therefore be transferable internationally.
How do I buy OptiMums 1 to 1 Maternity Coaching Support as a private client?
Please click on the Contact tab further below on this page to start this process. This will take you to the Contact page where you will be able to book your 1 to 1 coaching direct with Marianne and arrange payment. Session bookings need to fit with your diary and the method of coaching delivery agreed (usually via Zoom). Payment will be taken for all 3 sessions in advance via online bank transfer once you have discussed your needs direct and booked your sessions.
Can I buy OptiMums 1 to 1 Maternity Coaching Support via my employer?
This depends upon your employer. Please contact your Human Resources Department in the first instance. The process for booking your 1 to 1 sessions would be as above i.e. via email between you and Marianne.
